Teachers from the Mese-Vár Kindergarten and the twin-kindergarten in Sombor held a professional day on talent management and the similarities and differences in kindergarten education.
Ágnes Mecznerné Kovács, the director of the member school, said: the cooperation with the kindergarten in Sombor has been going on for many years, they met for the first time in 2018, the previous kindergarten director, the now retired Katalin Pékné Varga initiated the contact. Since then, the cooperation has continued, they visit each other every year. She also pointed out that the twin kindergarten focuses on talent management, individual development and catching up, which is why the current professional meeting is so timely.
