Town Twinning Youth Program - Conference

I would like to inform you that unfortunately we have to cancelled the planned 2022 summer student camp due to the Ukrainian war that affects the safety of children. However instead of this event our goal is to organise another one for twin-town program organisers.
We will wait 4 ex or currently coordinators from all twin-town who will meet at Káptalanfüred.
The period of the event is from 03 July to 08 July.
We propose to travel by car and it is important to notify that we will ensure your transfer in and around Káptalanfüred.
We are sending program draft:
- arrival to Káptalanfüred on Sunday evening (03 July)
- conference (sharing experiences about earlier summer camps/ planned 2023 student summer camps - opinions, ideas / presentation of Káptalanfüred / detailing the programs students took part in previous years / (04 July)
- presentation of twin- towns - 2-2 / nights
- trip to Veszprém or Balatonfüred (05 July)
- ship trip to Tihany (06 July)
- local program in Káptalanfüred (07 July)
- departure (08 July)
Our main aim is to organise the international student summer camp again in every year.
1 kindly ask you to ensure participation such collegaues who worked and work as coordinator in order to consulate how we can hold this annual event even more professional.
