Tasnad camp report

6 eighth-grade students and 2 teachers of the Vass Lajos Primary School in Kispest spent an unforgettable week in Tasnad.
During the trip organized as part of the town twinning program, we were enriched with unforgettable cultural memories: we followed Petőfi in Erdőd, took part in a ceremony in honor of Ferenc Kölcsey, and visited Endre Ady's birthplace.
Our hosts warmly introduced us to the town of Tasnad, where our students fished together with the children of Tasnad. They showed us the sights of Szatmárnémeti, we were able to go to the top of the city's tallest building (the 2nd tallest building in Romania), from where we had a beautiful view. A visit to the Károlyi Castle in Carei is also an unforgettable experience.
In the meantime, friendships were forged and relationships formed.
